Advice from the Experts

Who is My Team Magic

Malka Miller, MS. Ed, started teaching in ninth grade as a tutor
and hasn’t stopped since. As a teacher and principal in
the yeshiva school system and while achieving her Master’s
Degrees, Mrs. Miller noticed a severe lack of resources for
combating bullying in schools. One principal even told her:
“There’s no real way to deal with bullying. It’s just a fact of life!”

Mrs Miller could not believe what she was hearing.
Because there is a solution!

Over the years, as a principal, author, and
teacher trainer, Mrs. Miller has become the go-to solution for all bullying-related issues. She has guided hundreds of parents and teachers in dealing with bullying effectively.

With proven and research-backed methods, the program she created, My Team Magic, strategically and proactively addresses the issue of social isolation and bullying in the elementary classroom setting.

“One of the biggest changes I noticed as a result of My Team Magic is in their mode of communication. It had a very strong effect on how the students would go out of their way to be more open and not only to express themselves but also to accept what others have to say.”
Devorah Katz 2nd grade Teacher

Mrs. Gutman 6th Grade Teacher
“My Team Magic gives the students more social awareness of how to interact with their classmates. I can see from the way they talk to each other that they have begun to view their friends as individuals with actual feelings!”
