With My Team Magic in the classroom and at home, here’s what we’ve seen:
  • Cliques dissolve as students learn to include one another, creating a more united and supportive environment.
  • Teamwork and collaboration thrive, turning classrooms into spaces where every child feels valued and included.
  • Kids are happier and more excited to go to school, knowing they belong in a positive and safe environment.
  • New friendships form, fostering stronger social connections that last beyond the classroom.
  • Parents feel relieved, confident that their children are in a nurturing space where bullying is addressed with empathy and understanding.
  • Children develop confidence and learn to navigate conflicts with empathy and self-awareness, empowering them to stand up for themselves and others.
  • Principals and teachers are more at ease, spending less time managing bullying incidents and more time focusing on what they love — educating and inspiring their students.

Experience the impact of My Team Magic and watch as the tears, fears, and conflicts give way to smiles, self-assurance, and a stronger, more connected community.

“Almost immediately after My Team Magic was introduced the dynamics of my class changed and the girls started to become a unified community where being nice was actually considered ‘cool!’"
Mrs. Gutman 6th Grade Teacher
"Mrs. Malka Miller’s “My Team Magic” is an engaging and very effective program. It has taught our students how to be a friend and make friends as well as knowing their boundaries. We highly recommend her program and presentation!"
Mrs. Brickman and Mrs. Thau Bnos Yisrael
“One of the biggest changes I noticed as a result of My Team Magic is in their mode of communication. It had a very strong effect on how the students would go out of their way to be more open and not only to express themselves but also to accept what others have to say.”
Devorah Katz 2nd grade Teacher
“My principal, Mrs. Friedman and I don’t stop talking about the difference we see in my students from the beginning of the year. We just don’t recognize them! They are constantly maturing as a result of what they learn from My Team Magic.
S. Safrin, 4th Grade Teacher
About the founder of My Team Magic

Malka Miller, MS. Ed, has been teaching since ninth grade and has dedicated her career to supporting children, parents, and educators. As a teacher, principal, certified professional coach, and author, Malka noticed a significant gap in resources for effectively combating bullying in schools. When one principal told her, “There’s no real way to deal with bullying. It’s just a fact of life,” Malka knew she had to take action.

With My Team Magic, she has developed a strategic and research-backed approach that addresses social isolation and bullying, transforming classrooms into supportive, inclusive spaces.
